Back in 2013 I bought the white Death Grid shirt from the Big Day Out as it was the only one they had available. Really wanted the Death Classic (which I've gotten just recently).

Couldn't think where else to ask this to be honest. Hoping someone could help me out. I tend to buy my shirts from Redbubble, typically Medium. Their sizing chart is as follows:  So yeah, I'm a 19.5" waist. Now, the HelloMerch chart:  XXS is around a 30-inch chest/waist. Seriously confused, man. Really not sure what size I should be getting on HelloMerch and considering it's an American thing, sending it back would be a real pain (to complicate things further, my girlfriend is buying me one, and she lives cities away). Help? |

american apparel shirts tend to run real tight. i wear a medium in most shirts and I can fit into a medium of theirs, it's just longer and tighter than most of my shirts. keep that in mind
