Legend - A historical narrative, a symbolic representation of folk belief.
A story from the past that is believed by many people but cannot be proved to be true.
------
"To our truest fans, please stay legend."
what does that mean to you? do they want us to reminisce over a campfire with other believers and share stories of where we were when new info was flowing or new albums dropped? will they eventually be a footnote on a wiki page? Die out completely someday?
All I can do is nerd out when I see someone wearing a DG shirt. Talk about favorite albums and how much I miss them being a constant in the past 3ish years of my life.

To be perfectly honest, I just take it as a more mysterious way of saying "You're awesome" or "stay well". I don't think there's too much hidden meaning there other than a general well-wishing.

I don't think it's meant to be analyzed, more rather felt. I take it as a sign of respect and well-wishing.
