^ great theory, but this implies that the dates were planned to be canceled from the start which I'm not sure about... I would doubt the same thing , but a thought struck me the other day: The Money Store is the only record they've not released for free, to point the irony of the title , so they were already planning to be dropped or leave the label somehow for their next records to be free again, and also there's the fact that their next record since NLDW is called NO LOVE, besides Zach has stated in an interview that they were already thinking a year from when they were. So this made me think, was EVERYTHING planned from day 1? However, considering that they just go with the flow, it will seem kind of contradictory, and will also be kind of contrived if things didn't work out as they planned. This is just a theory, and sorry if it didn't make sense or was too obvious.

A show in New Mexico? If they really played there then people wouldn't stop talking about it, seriously. Plus people would build up more hope.

Hm, weird. I would try to call those venues and ask them to confirm it. If they said yes I would explode with hype and confusion.

If I weren't on the other side of the planet, I would totally call. Interestingly enough, the closest details to a New Moon House I can find in New Mexico, is this rehab center. www.drug-rehab-headquarters.com/new-mexico/facility/7545/Hah yeah I found the same thing and a preserve place too. I messages both. I'll even try to contact NM's directory or yellow pages. Who knows, maybe New Moon is a really tiny unknown venue. We have a couple of warehouse type of venues here in Austin Tx that isn't listed. It's like small community type of thing with new advertising, just kegs of beer and drugs.

I don't think this is in the realms of plausibility just yet. Guess we'll see on July 26th. Or not.

"People all over the world will make their own Death Grips, release their own music, play live and attempt to continue Death Grips after their death. Zach has mentioned in an interview something along the lines of getting Death Grips imposters to go play live, instead of showing up. I believe that when DG didn't show up to their concerts they were giving fans the opportunity to become Death Grips, but the audience just didn't participate."

Whoever you are, make sure to film your set. It sounds intriguing.

I'd love for all of that be real. I have a similar goal but I won't name myself DG or copy them. I understand their philosophy and I want to carry it like a torch.

Whoever you are, make sure to film your set. It sounds intriguing. Im nobody. I'm sure someone will end up recording it. The 26th is going to be a house-party type thing to test-run the set list. I only posted it on last.fm cause I was practicing how to post events. I like last.fm. Just want people to know that we're doing this for fun and because we love death grips. We're not here to profit off of this. Since confirming permission to start this project, my every waking moment has been death grips. I feel very vulnerable expressing all this so I'm going to stop now. shin0bez, I'd like to hear what your idea is, if you're open to discussing it. Maybe we could work together. This is what death grips is all about.
