Whoever you are, make sure to film your set. It sounds intriguing. Im nobody. I'm sure someone will end up recording it. The 26th is going to be a house-party type thing to celebrate the new moon and test-run the set list. I only posted it on last.fm cause I was practicing how to post events. I like last.fm. Just want people to know that we're doing this for fun and because we love death grips. We're not here to profit off of this. Since confirming permission to start this project, my every waking moment has been death grips. I feel very vulnerable expressing all this so I'm going to stop now. shin0bez, I'd like to hear what your idea is, if you're open to discussing it. Maybe we could work together. This is what death grips is all about. That's great, man. Hope the project is a success. There's no better feeling then watching an idea turn from thought to reality. well really my idea is just to make music but I'm at a very basic level right now. Like I just downloaded Ableton Live 9 and I've had a Akai MPK Mini for the longest and I'm finally starting my journey. I'm actually happy I have these things than making a single track. The music will come later. I need to learn a lot more, practice and experiment everyday. I am thinking about the music evolving into a collaboration of sorts. I don't want the project to have an identity and I love for artists to want to contribute in any form, space or quantity they would like, not even directly. There will be no egos. No promotion. No entitlements. There will even be members I'm not aware of cause I wouldn't have to contact anyone directly. Once the music is released I'll provide links to the stems but the actual stems you can input into your DAW. That's what I would like the project to become. Baby steps tho. If you want to move a mountain you'll need to move it one rock at a time. Even if it doesn't get to that huge level or I don't collab with a single person, then it wasn't meant to be is all. I won't be a failure in other words.

Am I the only person that thinks these post-Death Grips shows are dumb as fuck?

I think there's potential, as long as there's a certain amount of creativity involved and doesn't just turn into DG karaoke.

There definitely has to be some sort of creative angle to each show.

so i happened to find mc rides undergarments while thrift shopping in the bay area last week
i instantly recognized them, so i bought them. has ride officially gone insane and started getting rid of everything that reminds him of his contributions to one of the greatest musical projects of the 2010s?

so...what happened with this? did you record it? Sorry, I forgot about this forum. The shows went well. I played drums with screens in front of me and a projector behind me, the main focus being the videos and Stefan's big face. I made slightly different edits of the songs and edited the videos accordingly. I didn't have time to focus on recording it like I said I would.
